"Service" means the paid cloud hosting services provided by CloudZor.ch, including but not limited to virtual machines, game server hosting, network capacity, and storage solutions.

"User" refers to any individual or organization that purchases, accesses, or utilizes our services.

"Agreement" or "Terms" refers to this legally binding document outlining user obligations and company policies.

"Content" means any files, media, data, or other materials uploaded by the User through our services.

By using or purchasing any services from CloudZor.ch, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any section, you must not use our platform.

You must register an account to access and manage services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.

Any unauthorized use must be reported to support@cloudzor.ch immediately.

When you purchase hosting from CloudZor.ch, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse our infrastructure.

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical limitations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

You retain all rights to files and game content you upload. By using our platform, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for backing up your own data. CloudZor.ch is not liable for data loss except in cases of proven gross negligence.

You must not use our platform to harm, disrupt, or abuse network resources. Prohibited actions include DDoS attacks, pirated content, spam, or illegal activity.

Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

All services on CloudZor.ch are paid unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing is displayed transparently on our website and may change with notice.

You agree to timely payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your server data.

Your data may be processed outside of Switzerland, with safeguards in place.

We provide services "as-is" and make no warranties about uptime or fitness for your specific needs.

Our liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months. This excludes fraud, gross negligence, or injury as per law.

You agree to indemnify and hold CloudZor.ch harmless from claims or damages resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your services if you breach these Terms or act maliciously. You are responsible for backing up your data beforehand.

This Agreement is governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland unless resolved amicably beforehand.
